Refunds

To request a refund for a sponsorship you submitted in error, please contact support@tigerimpact.org. TigerImpact Partners will typically honor refund requests made within fifteen days of payment but reserve the right to deny a refund request. Please note that TigerImpact Partners is unable to refund processing fees.

Cancellations

To cancel a recurring payment, please contact support@tigerimpact.org. Please refer to the refund policy regarding cancelling individual payments within a set of recurring payments.
